Information we collect

Information you give us. When you call, text or email us, or book an appointment, we receive the details you share, such as your name, phone number, email address, preferred appointment time and any questions you ask.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site records basic visit information, such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, the site that referred you and your approximate location based on your IP address. We use this only in summary form to understand how the site is used.

This website does not have forms that collect your information, and we do not ask for medical information through it.

Your health information

Information about your health, consultations and treatments becomes part of your client record when you visit us. It is collected in person and through our booking system, not through this website, and we protect it as required by applicable law. At your visit you will receive our patient privacy notice and consent forms, which explain in detail how we handle your health information.

Please avoid sending detailed medical information by email or text. If you have a health question, call us or discuss it at your consultation.

• Payment plans: the Payment Plans page uses a widget from Cherry, a financing company. If you apply for a payment plan, Cherry collects and handles your application information. The widget also loads fonts from Google.
• Site statistics: we use Google Analytics and Jetpack Stats (provided by Automattic, WordPress.com) to understand how visitors find and use this site, such as which pages are viewed and whether booking, call or text buttons are clicked. These tools use cookies and similar technology, and they do not tell us who you are. • Hosting: this website is hosted by Bluehost.
